Responsible for achieving service levels and reducing cost for purchased goods by executing activities across finished goods purchase orders, and outbound freight, including monitoring and concordancy including Order Negotiation, Order Placing, Factory Audit,Product Testing, Production Tracking, Shipment Monitoring and Samples Coordination. Main Duties:
1- Functional responsibility for supervising Supply Chain operations, including supplier forecasting, DI & Domestic finished goods order management, inbound and outbound freight management for suppliers.
2- Supervise suppliers consolidated supplier forecast for finished goods ensuring the necessary capacity is available to meet anticipated demand in conjunction with the Supply Chain Director.
3- Problem solve any mitigated capacity in conjunction with the Supply Chain Director.
4- Supervise the team of Supply Chain Specialists responsible for DI & Domestics order management, PO confirmation, PO expediting and shipment / export invoice.
5- Coordinate with program management to ensure NPD DTP aligns with PO DTP.
6- Supervise Suppy Chain team to ensure on-time delivery targets are met and container utilization KPI’s are achieved. Mitigate non-compliance as it arises.
7- Asset in the standardisation for Supply Chain SOP's.
8- Supervise coach, train, develop the team to meet KPI targets and ensure team growth.
9- Perform duties as required and in accordance with company policy, support growth and prosperity of the business according to the company needs
