Conduct registration Chemical products for China market. Complete product registration, renewal, supplementary application documents finishing and submitting. Assist the department to complete the review and education medical and any other related work. Work closely with Global RA colleagues in preparation of dossiers and documents to get products registered in China. Work closely with internal colleagues to ensure that product registration in China is valuable and meets the requirements and timelines. Track the process of the project application, resolved the problem in the process.
Keep in touch with Chinese government authorities and agencies. Provide Global RA with guidance and regulations required by China authority for the documentation preparations. Familiar with the laws and regulations for CFDA, complete writing the whole report independently, submit the whole documents, and follow up the registration process. Keep in touch with China authorities and agencies, such as CDE, IVDC to track the registration process. Work with Global RA to prepare the answers for the question if needed.

项目描述本人在研究生期间主要研究肉鸡腹水综合征，和ARC蛋白对肉鸡心肌细胞肥大的影响，主要成果如下：
（1）构建含有ARC目的片段的重组质粒；
（2）培养原代鸡胚心肌细胞
（3）细胞免疫组化鉴定
(4)用不同浓度的葡萄糖和胰岛素刺激鸡胚心肌细胞，使心肌细胞肥大；
（5）将含有目的片段的质粒转染到肥大的心肌细胞中；
（6）提取细胞的总RNA，通过荧光定量RCR来测定细胞肥大前后和转染ARC蛋白之后，c-myc和c-fos的mRNA的表达；
（7）提取细胞总蛋白，通过westen-blot来测定细胞肥大前后，转染ARC蛋白之后，c-myc和c-fos的蛋白的定量表达。
（8）提取细胞总蛋白，通过ELISA来测定细胞肥大前后，转染ARC蛋白之后，c-myc和c-fos的蛋白的定性表达
    熟练掌握细胞培养技术，PCR，RT-PCR，westen-blot，ELISA，转染，质粒构建，免疫组化等实验室操作
