工作描述：Release Newbuy, Reschedule, Forecast through Weekly e-Compras (Oracle System) .Ensure  confirmation from supplier is obtained and updated into system in time as well as inform MP/PC if necessary. Send weekly forecast to supplier as long as for a long supply.
Weekly potential shortages will send purchaser form MP department, focus on own’s red material, red material is urgent at this week.
 
MP will open work order, buyer confirm supplier ETA Factory date and confirm to MP.
 
Review potential material and analyze red material status, highlight delivery to MP, PC and PA, buyer need to update shortage, if necessary, seek for spot buy and replacement material and we get approval of PPV price from customer, there are lost of material to seek for spot buy. The red material reason is drop in demand.
 
Send ECN updated Spec to supplier and ensure to get confirmation from supplier. If necessary, For EOL, make a last time buy.
 
Obtain qualified production from supplier in time when return to unqualified parts and ensure to return parts within 5 working day.
 
Resolve payment disputes with supplier expedite if necessary.
